Booking & Cancellation Policies
Our policies are designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring peace of mind for your luxury Red Sea voyage.
- 30% deposit required upon reservation confirmation to secure vessel berths or charter dates.
- Second installment (35%) due at the 60-day mark prior to departure.
- Final remaining balance (35%) due 30 days before departure date.
We offer fair full refunds for early notices and a transparent graduated refund policy:
- 100% Refund: Cancellations made 50 days or more before departure.
- Tiered Refund: Between 49 and 1 day prior, a 2% deduction applies per day closer to trip departure.
- Example: 50% refund at 25 days prior; flexible reschedule options available upon request.
